I am a certified Vinyasa flow yoga instructor. I completed my 200 hour YTT training down in Costa Rica this past May. Currently I am not teaching any studio classes but am working with friends, family, privates, and have a retreat in the works in Puerto Rico. I will be updating this section as my schedule and practice continue to grow.
